Lynsey Whitehill

LMT, CECP – Total Health Academy of Bodywork – 2007

Lynsey was born and raised in Colorado. She graduated from Las Animas High School in 2006 and began studying massage therapy school shortly after.  She graduated from the Total Health Academy of Bodywork and Massage Therapy. She is certified in reiki, chakra healing, angelic healing, emotion code, and tarot reading. Lynsey has been in practice since 2007.

She is an expert in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Sports massage, cupping, fascia blasting, and Structural Integration. She also has professional familiarity with many other massage therapy techniques. Along with several energy healing modalities.

Christina Johnston

LMT – Boulder College of Massage Therapy – 2003

Christina Johnston was born in Colorado but has lived in many places including Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park. She moved to Denver Colorado for her high school years and attended Boulder College of Massage Therapy after. She is a Certified massage therapist who graduated from Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2003. She has an associate degree in massage therapy and shiatsu. She is proficient in chakra work and channeling. She works in hands-on settings and distance healing setting online.

Christina is also a certified 200-hour yoga teacher who specializes in Iyengar Yoga. She has attended Metropolitan State College of Denver where she studied fine art. She creates fine art oil paintings and beaded, precious metal, and stone jewelry.

Christina’s healing practice includes deep tissue massage, Swedish tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, cupping, shiatsu/meridian work, chakra work, channeling akashic record reading, and chord work.

Landon Boyd

LMT – Intellitec College – 2023

Landon is a Pueblo native born and raised, living in Pueblo West for all his life where he would complete his public education, graduating with the class of 2020. After a few years of working in many restaurants he would go onto graduate from Intellitec’s Massage Therapy program in 2023 with a 4.0 GPA through out his time spent in the program. His goal is to help bring peace and clarity of mind to those most exhausted with the demands of the modern world.

Kayla Pack

LMT – Bridgerland Technical College – 2024

Kayla has a love and talent for healing arts, and is starting her journey with massage therapy. She graduated early in 2024, having learned from masters of deep-tissue, craniosacral, and joint mobility.

Her current practice includes Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, and therapeutic massage, where a variety of modalities are combined for the best possible benefit to the client. In addition to these, her favorite modalities are the light-touch practices of craniosacral, lymphatic drainage, and neuromuscular techniques to complement trigger point work.

She is also an avid lover of books, video games, cats, and anything having to do with high fantasy.

Shevelle Matlock

LMT – Altierus – 2018

A native of Aurora, Colorado, Shevelle pursued a career in massage therapy when her youngest child started school. She graduated from Altierus in Colorado Springs in 2018, eager to dedicate herself to helping others.

With a passion for massage that only grows stronger, Shevelle excels in various techniques, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Sports Massage, Stretch Therapy, Gua Sha, Cupping, and Hot Stone Therapy.

Whether focusing on relaxation or pain management, Shevelle is committed to providing personalized care that nurtures both body and mind.

Jorgé Castaneda-Mendez

LMT – Intellitec College – 2022

Jorgé was born and raised in Mexico and now calls Colorado home. His passion lies in helping people feel better—both physically and emotionally—through the healing power of touch.

After graduating from Intellitec College in 2022, Jorgé has honed his skills in a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, deep tissue, thrapeutic, hot stone, static and dynamic cupping, and more. He takes pride in creating a safe, relaxing space for his clients and tailors each session to meet their unique needs. Whether you’re looking for stress relief, pain management, or simply a moment of peace, Jorge’s caring approach and skilled hands make every massage a restorative experience.

Rachel Silber

LMT Intellitec College – 2025

Rachel is a licensed massage therapist who graduated from IntelliTec College in June 2025. With a strong foundation in customer care, she’s known for her compassionate presence and intuitive touch. Rachel specializes in both Swedish and deep tissue massage, and she takes pride in customizing every session to support her clients’ unique goals whether that’s stress relief, pain reduction, or simply creating space to relax and breathe.

Originally from Minnesota, Rachel has happily settled into life here in Colorado. When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find her making handcrafted soaps, knitting cozy creations, or exploring the beauty of Colorado’s trails. She looks forward to supporting you on your wellness journey.
