Our Cancellation Policy
Appointments need to be canceled at least 24 HOURS in advance.
We appreciate your respect for our therapists and their time.
Will I receive notifications about my upcoming appointments?
All clients with Massage Haven receive SMS messages upon scheduling their appointments and prior to their appointment.
After you schedule your appointment, you should receive a notification by email or text informing you we have booked your appointment. If you do not get these notifications, please make sure you have given us the correct information.
Prior to your appointment, you will receive a reminder via text or email. From here, you can easily confirm your appointment to ensure our therapists that you will be on time for your appointment. Please call us if you need to cancel for any reason.
If you are not receiving notifications or reminders about your upcoming appointments, please contact us to make sure we have the most current contact information.
We are also happy to give you reminder cards at the time of booking your appointment
What happens if I have an emergency?
We understand that emergencies do happen. In the event an emergency does come up, please cancel with us as soon as possible.
What happens if I cancel or no-call no-show?
In the event you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-call no-show, you are subject to a $65 fee to accommodate for lost appointment availability and wages.
You will also be suspended from booking with Massage Haven until that fee is paid in full.
What if I am running Late?
If you happen to be running late for your appointment, the therapist will wait 15 minutes. If after those 15 minutes you are still running late, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule.
If you are late, your appointment will not be the full duration which you paid for. Your appointment will still end at the scheduled time even if you are running late.
Is there a fee for canceling?
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $65 fee to compensate for our therapist’s lost appointment and wages.
If, however, you are able to cancel your appointment at least 24-hours before your appointment there is no fee.
