Pay Per Minute
Choose the amount of time you spend in the sauna and pay just $1 per minute. Great for those who like longer times in their sessions.
Get four sauna sessions for one price. Package includes two 15 minute sessions, one 20 minute session, and one 25 minute session.

What Is A Sauna?
A sauna is either a room or a pod that allows you to sit and sweat for a short duration of time. Saunas have been used for decades to promote a healthy lifestyle and prevent many other well-known health risks. Massage Haven offers sauna services and packages that are suitable for anyone. But please consult a physician if you have a health condition and would still like to have a sauna session.
What kind of sauna do you have?
Massage Haven owns an infrared sauna. Unlike wood-burning or electrically heated saunas, the infrared sauna has special light bulbs that heat a person’s body rather than the entire room. Temperatures are lower than other types of saunas, but guests can still experience the same kind of deep sweats as those other types. Our infrared sauna is about 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
Can your sauna fit two people?
No. The pod is ideal for one person to fit comfortably. Unfortunately, the pod does not accommodate two people at once and it will not be as comfortable, so we recommend just one person in session at a time.
How long should you sit in a dry sauna?
It is recommended to do a session anywhere from 10 – 20 minutes. Some can do 25 minutes, but anything longer than 20 minutes can put you at risk for dehydration. For your safety, we recommend not exceeding 25 minutes. A good rule of thumb is to sit in the sauna until you feel hot enough. Once you feel you are hot enough, you can get out.
Can I sit in a dry sauna everyday?
Yes! Most days human beings don’t spend a lot of time sweating. By not sweating, we miss out on the great health benefits that come from sweating. If you engage in a deep sweat, there are even more incredible health benefits. Having a deep sweat session can help cleanse your body of toxins and reduce the levels of metals in our body, which are ones we interact with in our daily environments (lead, copper, zinc, nickel, and mercury).
Does a dry sauna burn fat?
It is possible to burn a few extra calories from a deep sweat in a session. We recommend not investing too fully in this and ask that our guests be mindful of their bodies abilities and try not to overheat. Doing so could put you at risk for severe dehydration.
What are the benefits of a dry sauna?
There are countless benefits, some of which are connected to reducing chronic pains and illnesses. Regularly scheduled sessions can increase circulation, reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, aid in weight loss, flush toxins from your body, relieve stress, promoting healthy skin, and relieves asthma.
Is a dry sauna good for your skin?
Yes! The sweating process allows for pores and glands to open and release any toxins and helps reduce levels of metals we encounter in our daily environments. Those who have sessions regularly will notice a healthy glow in their skin and are less prone to acne and other blemishes. However, for some people, saunas can have a negative affect on skin. Be sure to consult your physician if you have health concerns regarding your skin.
Should you drink water in a sauna?
Because saunas are designed to make you sweat, you should drink lots of water prior to your session. From there, you can drink water during your session, but we highly advise that you drink plenty of water after your session so you can restore some of the fluids lost while sweating.
Can you sit in a sauna after a workout?
Since you have already been deeply sweating during your workout, adding 10 minutes of sauna time to your post-workout ritual can only benefit you. We just ask that you drink plenty of water and pay attention to your body. If you start to feel dizzy or too hot, you will need to leave the pod as soon as possible.
Are saunas anti-inflammatory?
Some studies have shown that saunas can decrease inflammation and boost the immune system. But it’s best to consult with your doctor just to be sure.
